Acqua is the product of our long and painstaking research into the ultimate experiences yearned for by the global citizen in a modern home. We've found the answer in the reinterpretation of a nature-infused backdrop—of none other than the astonishing tropical rainforest—into a residential masterpiece that is replete with endless possibilities for a quiet reprieve or exhilarating leisure.

And perhaps one of the best qualities of this project is its location, which happens to be on a point where two powerful cities meet: Makati and Mandaluyong. Acqua is revitalizing an old industrial area—what was once the Noah's Ark Sugar Refinery— into a bustling center of activity which, as our masterplanner Broadway Malyan had put it: "an experience that becomes a destination, and a destination that people can actually say, yes, I want to live there."

AZURE NORTH

The Resort Residences at AZURE NORTH is a new, cutting-edge, mixed-use development in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines that brings the experience of beachfront living to the heart of the city. 

The design concept brings forth a beach-orientated development that covers 8 hectares to the center of a metropolis, and continues the line of development of another one of Century Properties’ celebrated developments – the Azure Urban Resort Residences located at Bicutan, Parañaque.

We have drawn upon the essence of the beach, and then designed an innovative development that brings to the people of Pampanga a new residential experience that balances affordable living with resort style delight.

While Azure’s architecture was inspired by Miami’s white ocean-swept aesthetic, AZURE NORTH will be more organic, lush, and sprawling, with design inspiration coming from the atolls and sentinel-like rocks that jut out from the ocean in some of the world’s enchanting destinations like Koh Samui, the Maldives and, of course, Palawan.
CENTURY SPIRE

Century Spire is a collaboration between esteemed architect Daniel Libeskind, masterplanner of Ground Zero at the World Trade Center site; Armani/Casa, the celebrated Italian home fashion brand; and Century Properties Group, one of the Philippines’ leading real estate firms. It is a unique feat of architecture and illustrious interior design and one of the most intriguing additions to the Makati skyline.

WHY SPIRE?

* This will be the first residential building to bear the name of the company. Our confidence in the quality and power of Century Spire has made us stake our very name on the project.

* The building’s superlative architecture is designed by Daniel Libeskind, the visionary architect behind the rebuilding of New York’s Ground Zero and many other international, iconic edifices.

* Century Spire’s amenities and common areas will be interior-designed by Armani/Casa, the celebrated Italian home fashion brand. Armani/Casa’s sophisticated color palettes, textiles, and finishings will also serve as design inspiration for all unit interiors throughout the building.

* Century Spire is located within Century City, Makati – a world-class mixed-use community that is home to several other landmark buildings including Trump Tower, the Milano Residences interior design by Versace Home, and Century City Mall.

* Century Spire is the last of five luxury residential skyscrapers to rise in Century City effectively making it the most desirable address on this premium piece of real estate.
